There’s a big change over here at All My Dreams are Red this week. After two months of head-scratching, I recently figured out how to import my old mailing list from Mailchimp. That means a lot of you who are getting this post in your inbox may be unfamiliar with what it’s all about. So let’s do a little recap first.

Hi, my name is Remus Noronha and I also write under the name Red Noronha. I’m an author, TV and Film critic, and involuntary editor (I can’t help it, I see grammatical errors everywhere I look). Hello dear reader, With the volume of fiction in this publication continuing to grow, I’ve decided it’s time to put together a comprehensive index of all my Substack stories, arranged in the appropriate reading order. Whether this is your first time reading my work, you’re catching up on old posts, or just taking a gand…
Did I mention they’re all free? Well, so is everything else I post here, at least for the time being. You might think that this is because I don’t care about making money from my writing but the truth is far simpler. Substack payments simply don’t work for me. Also, I sort of like that there’s a place where people can read everything I write without ads or paywalls but that is secondary.
Long story short, I can’t accept paid subscriptions at the moment. So until that changes, I’ve been looking at possible workarounds, ways in which you can pay to support my writing and yet continue to see these posts for free.
Option 1: Buy My Books
The most straightforward option is to buy electronic or physical copies of my books. To that end, I’ve now released Masquerade as an e-book and paperback on Amazon. As I mentioned already, the actual text will continue to be available free on this platform.
So why should you buy a copy? Because when you buy a book, you’re not just paying for a product, you’re investing in an author. By buying a copy of Masquerade or any future books I publish, you’ll be helping support a young author (i.e. me) and it’ll ensure that I can keep doing what I do. You can click the links in the embed above to get the book, and in case that doesn’t work, I’m adding them below as well.
Please note the e-book isn’t available in the US yet as of this writing. If you’re not based in India or the US, please make sure to buy from Amazon.COM or I won’t be paid anytime soon.
